Ratings and Fit
Rated 10 A per circuit at 250 V, the B4P-VH is a power-class header. The 3.96 mm pitch gives the creepage distance to support that voltage across the board footprint. The through-hole solder tails give a strong mechanical anchor to the board, which is what you want when the wire harness will be tugged or routed in a tight enclosure.
