It's the board-side half of a wire-to-board connection, terminated by through-hole solder and locked to its mating housing with a friction latch. Rated 3A per contact at 250V, with tin-on-tin contact surfaces, it suits moderate-current signal and power distribution inside equipment enclosures where the UL94 V-0 nylon housing meets flammability requirements.
This header mates with the NH-series receptacle housing (order code pattern SHF-xx or similar) and accepts the matching crimp terminal.
