Single-post pin dimensions and board fit
The Keystone Electronics 1358-2 is a non-insulated PC pin with a single-end terminal style, designed for through-hole swage mounting into a 0.043" (1.09mm) diameter hole on boards up to 0.062" (1.57mm) thick. The pin measures 0.482" (12.24mm) overall, with 0.380" (9.65mm) above the flange and 0.082" (2.08mm) below; the above-flange diameter is 0.040" (1.02mm).
Contact finish and material
The 1358-2 uses a brass contact body with a gold finish of 10.0µin (0.25µm) thickness — the gold layer provides a corrosion-resistant mating surface for repeated test or programming connections.
