Swage-mount pin for 0.125" boards
The 1404-4 is a Keystone Electronics single-end PC pin with a 0.025" (0.64mm) diameter above the flange, terminated by swage into a 0.052" (1.32mm) mounting hole. Designed for a 0.125" (3.18mm) board thickness, the pin extends 0.145" (3.68mm) below the flange for through-hole soldering and 0.079" (2.01mm) above for wire wrapping or test probing. The brass body carries a 10.0µin (0.25µm) gold finish on the contact surface, suited for corrosion resistance in repeated-mating or low-level-signal applications.
