Staking flare termination, 0.245" overall
The 1515-2 is a single-end, fork-hollow turret terminal from Keystone Electronics, 0.245" (6.22mm) overall length, with 0.156" (3.96mm) standing above the board after installation. Termination is staking flare into a 0.052" (1.32mm) mounting hole; the staking side OD measures 0.046" (1.17mm). The terminal accepts board thickness up to 0.062" (1.57mm).

The 1515-2's 0.089" (2.26mm) length below the flange and 0.062" (1.57mm) flange diameter set the board engagement envelope. The 0.052" (1.32mm) mounting hole diameter is the drill size for the PCB — the staking flare locks into that hole.
