Product details

Pin receptacle for wire-wrap backplanes

The 0383-1-17-01-34-27-02-0 is a Mill-Max 0383 series PCB pin socket designed to accept pin diameters from 0.032" to 0.046" (0.81mm~1.17mm). The beryllium copper contact with 30.0µin gold plating handles repeated mating cycles in corrosive environments, and the operating temperature range of -55°C~125°C covers industrial and automotive enclosures.

Swage mount with wire-wrap tail

Termination is swage (press-fit into a 0.094" mounting hole) with a 0.045" square wire-wrap tail — the 1.214" overall length provides enough post for multiple wire-wrap levels on a 0.062" board. Socket depth is 0.205" (5.21mm), and the 0.115" flange diameter seats flush against the board surface.
