Gold-plated beryllium copper contact system
The 0390-0-15-15-08-27-10-0 is a Mill-Max 0390 series PCB pin socket accepting pin diameters from 0.084" to 0.102". The contact is beryllium copper with 30.0µin gold plating — the gold layer handles repeated mating cycles without exposing the base metal, and the beryllium copper spring temper keeps contact force consistent over the operating range of -55°C to 125°C.
Solder termination, no tail, bulk packaging
Termination is solder with no tail — the socket body sits flush against the board, and the 0.415" socket depth gives the inserted pin a full-length wipe. Supplied in bulk, not tape-and-reel, so it suits hand-assembly or low-volume reflow runs.
