40-pin DIP socket at 0.100" pitch
The 110-44-640-41-001000 is the 40-position (2 x 20) member of Mill-Max's 110 series open-frame DIP socket line. It mates at 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch, carries 3 A per contact, and uses tin-plated beryllium copper mating contacts with a 100.0µin (2.54µm) finish.

Selection notes for board layout
The open-frame construction aids air flow and inspection under the socket body. The 0.125" (3.18mm) termination post length suits standard through-hole soldering on 1.6mm PCBs. The PCT/polyester housing is rated for -55°C to 125°C operating range.
