Blind-Mate Panel Installation
The housing mounts to a panel with a snap-in fit — no screws or brackets. The blind mating feature allows the plug to self-align when pushed into the mating receptacle behind a panel, useful in tight enclosures or where the connector is out of sight. This is a standard Mini-Fit BMI trait, not a custom keying option.
The note on this part is clear: contacts are not included. For a full wire-to-board or wire-to-wire assembly, you need the matching male crimp terminals from the Mini-Fit family (e.g., the 44476- series for 20-24 AWG).
