The 0022041101: This is a 10-position, single-row header on 2.50mm pitch — the same pitch as the KK250 crimp housings.
What the friction lock means on the line
The friction lock is a ramp on the shroud that snaps into the mating housing's latch window. It resists back-out from cable strain or vibration — not as strong as a TPA or screw lock, but enough for panel wiring inside a cabinet where the cable is tied down nearby. The lock engages on mate and releases with a deliberate pull; no tool needed.
Plating and current duty
The square male pins are brass, which carries the current without the spring properties of phosphor bronze — the current rating is set by the contact-to-contact temperature rise, not the bulk material.
