Mating and Retention in Service
Tin-plated mating contacts with 200 µinch thickness — this is a thick tin layer suited for a few dozen mating cycles in clean, dry environments; not rated for frequent reconnection or corrosive atmospheres. The 0.295" (7.49mm) mating contact length provides good wipe distance to clear debris and oxide during insertion.
ROHS3 Compliant and UL94 V-0 rated nylon housing — meets the flame and material restrictions for equipment inside an enclosure. Supplied in bulk packaging — no tape-and-reel or tube; suitable for hand-loading or low-volume assembly.
