Single-row shrouded header with friction lock
The 0022235031 is the 3-circuit member of the Molex KK254 header line, a single-row shrouded header with a friction lock for positive retention in vibration or cable-drag applications. It mates with KK254 crimp housings (series 43009) and uses tin-plated contacts rated for general-purpose, automotive, medical, and telecom environments.
Through-hole termination and board fit
The kinked pin solder termination provides mechanical retention during wave soldering; the 0.140" (3.56 mm) post length suits standard 1.6 mm PCBs. Shrouding protects the mating pins from bending during handling and guides the housing into alignment before the friction lock engages.
