Tin-Plated Mating Surface – 100 µinch for Repeated Cycling
In a corrosive environment (outdoor, high humidity), gold would be preferred, but for general-purpose signal duty inside an enclosure this tin thickness is adequate.
Active Production – No End-of-Life Watch
ROHS3 compliant per the ledger record – no restricted substances above threshold limits.
The 16-position single-row layout occupies 16 × 2.54 mm = 40.64 mm of board edge. The solder tails are 0.120" (3.05 mm) long – suitable for a standard 1.6 mm thick PCB with through-hole plating. This header mates with Molex KK254 crimp receptacle housings (series 6471, 2695, etc.) that accept 22–30 AWG terminals. The unshrouded design means the receptacle housing must align the pins manually – no keying or polarization beyond the housing shape.
