Through-hole termination with kinked pin retention
The 0022438040 is the 4-circuit member of the Molex SPOX 42267 header series, a board-to-cable/wire shrouded header with push-pull fastening. Termination is kinked pin solder through-hole — the kink provides mechanical retention during wave soldering before the solder joint solidifies. Mating contacts are tin-plated brass (100.0µin / 2.54µm thickness), single row at 0.098" (2.50mm) pitch.
