The Molex 0387409704 is a 4-circuit barrier block from the Beau 38740 series, designed for chassis or panel mounting where you need a screw-terminated power distribution point. The dual-wall barrier between terminals gives you extra creepage and keeps a stray strand from shorting to the next circuit when you're cinching down the screw.
Top side is a screw clamp — strip the wire, land it under the pressure plate, torque the brass screw with nickel finish. No crimp tool, no ferrule required, though a ferrule keeps stranded wire from splaying. Bottom side is a solder turret: you solder a wire or a PCB trace to the turret for a permanent connection underneath the panel. The flange on each end takes a #6 or M3.5 screw for panel mounting — the block sits flat against the chassis and the solder turrets poke through a cutout.
