0.50 mm pitch, 26-position ZIF FFC/FPC connector
The 0524352672 is the 26-circuit member of Molex's Easy-On 52435 FFC/FPC connector line, accepting 0.30 mm thick flat flex cable with top-side contacts. Rated 0.5 A per contact at 50 V, the tin bismuth contact finish supports 20 mating cycles. The ZIF slide lock and solder retention features hold the cable without insertion force.
ZIF actuation and board-fit details
The slide lock actuates the zero insertion force mechanism — the FFC or FPC inserts without force, then the lock clamps the contacts. The 0.079" (2.00 mm) height above board suits low-profile stacking. Solder retention pads on the SMT right-angle package add mechanical hold during reflow and in-service vibration. The housing is UL94 V-0 rated polyamide (PA46); the actuator is PPS.
