The 0527450496 is the 4-position member of Molex's Easy-On 52745 FFC/FPC connector line, a ZIF top-contact design on 0.020" (0.50mm) pitch. Rated 0.5 A per contact at 50 V with tin bismuth plating on phosphor bronze contacts, the connector accepts 0.30 mm FFC and mounts surface-mount right-angle with solder termination.

Locking and FFC fit

A slide lock secures the FFC after insertion; the ZIF actuator requires no insertion force on the flex circuit. The mated height above board is 0.079" (2.00mm). The housing carries a UL94 V-0 flammability rating and operates from -20°C to 85°C.
