The 0527461270 is the 12-position member of Molex's Easy-On 52746 FFC/FPC connector series, a zero-insertion-force (ZIF) bottom-contact design with a slide lock. Rated 0.5 A per contact at 50 V, the connector accepts 0.30 mm thick FFC or FPC and mounts surface-mount right-angle with solder termination.

Board-fit and FPC thickness constraints

The 0.50 mm pitch drives a tight board footprint; the 2.00 mm height above board keeps the connector low-profile for dense stacking. The ZIF actuation with slide lock holds the 0.30 mm FPC or FFC without insertion force, and the solder retention pads on the housing add shear resistance during reflow.
