The Molex 0533092470 is a 24-position header from the SlimStack 53309 series, designed for parallel board stacking. The 0.185" (4.70 mm) height above board sets the standoff between the two PCBs. That dimension, combined with the 0.80 mm pitch, defines the z-height budget and the routing channel width under the connector. Tin contacts with 120.0 µin (3.05 µm) plating handle moderate mating cycles — the thick tin layer resists fretting corrosion in a semi-permanent install, but it is not rated for frequent reconnection cycles that would call for gold.
The right-angle SMT termination requires a reflow profile compatible with the tin finish; the Tape & Reel packaging (Cut Tape also available) feeds pick-and-place lines directly.
