Termination and assembly
The 0543934581 is the 45-position member of Molex's Easy-On 54393 FPC connector series, terminated by solder to the board and actuated by a zero-insertion-force (ZIF) flip lock. Contacts are on the bottom side of the connector and accept a 0.20 mm thick FPC with a tapered cable end. The flip lock secures the FPC without a secondary latch.

The 0.30 mm pitch and 45 positions demand a fine-pitch board footprint; the 0.077" (1.95 mm) height above board suits space-constrained assemblies. The ZIF actuation and gold contacts support up to 20 mating cycles. Rated 0.2 A per contact at 50 V — the narrow pitch limits current per circuit more than the contact itself.
