The Molex 0731640010 is a 1.0mm jack-to-jack adapter from the 73164 series, built as a same-series female-to-female interconnect for extending or reconfiguring 1.0mm RF ports. Rated for 50 Ohm systems from DC through 110 GHz, it handles the full D-band frequency range without a connector-family transition — useful in vector network analyzer test heads, mmWave antenna characterization, and high-frequency instrumentation where every interconnect junction adds loss. The body is machined from stainless steel, with a beryllium copper center contact plated in gold.
