Molex 0877583016 is a Milli-Grid 87758 series unshrouded breakaway header with 30 circuits arranged in two rows at 2.00mm pitch. The unshrouded design exposes the square pins for probing or low-profile mating, but provides no polarization keying. Tin-plated solder tails (0.102" post length) suit standard through-hole soldering processes. Applications include automotive, general purpose, and telecommunications.
Through-hole mounting with a 2.00mm row-to-row spacing means the board footprint requires two rows of plated through-holes at 2.00mm pitch. The 0.102" solder tail length provides sufficient stand-off for wave-solder cleaning. The header is unshrouded, so the board-edge keep-out zone is minimal — the pins protrude 0.157" above the housing face. No board locks or additional retention features are present; the solder joints carry all mechanical strain.
