The Molex 1511920016 is a 16-circuit, dual-row receptacle housing from the Milli-Grid 151192 series, built on a 2.00mm pitch.
Termination is crimp-style: you insert the female socket contacts (sold separately) into the housing cavities, then crimp them onto the wire. No soldering, no special tooling beyond a standard crimp hand tool for the contact size.
The 2.00mm pitch is tighter than the older 2.54mm (0.100") standard, which means you can fit more circuits per inch of board edge — useful when you're routing a dense harness or a multi-conductor cable into a compact header footprint. The 16 positions, arranged in two rows of eight, give you a balanced connector that doesn't hog board real estate. Both use the same contact family and latch system, so swapping between them is a matter of position count only.
