The 1719730005: It mates with the matching SL crimp receptacle housing to make a board-to-cable/wire connection. The 4-wall shroud and polarizing key prevent mis-mating on the line. The tin plating suits moderate mating-cycle duty — expect 25–50 cycles before wear-through, typical for a general-purpose signal interconnect inside an enclosure.

The header uses a liquid crystal polymer (LCP) insulator rated UL94 V-0, black. Contact material is brass, square male pin, 0.240" (6.10 mm) mating length. All 5 positions are loaded — no unpopulated spots on the row.
