This receptacle uses shell size 1 (DE, E), the standard DE-9 footprint. It mates with any standard 9-position D-Sub plug (male) having the same shell size — look for the DE-9 or DE, E designation on the mating half. The unthreaded housing shell accepts a standard D-Sub locking mechanism; for vibration-resistant applications, pair it with a plug that has threaded inserts and use jackscrews or slide locks (not included).
Termination is solder bucket to through-hole PCB — the machined contacts accept soldered wire or direct PCB solder. The two-row layout with 9 positions (5 on top, 4 on bottom) follows the standard DE-9 pinout.
