The 5019516000 is a 60-position vertical SMT FFC/FPC connector from the Molex Easy-On 501951 series, with a 0.50mm pitch and a flip-lock actuator. It accepts 0.30mm thick FFC or FPC cables with straight or tapered ends, and the vertical orientation keeps the cable standing upright above the board at a height of 4.04mm. Rated at 0.4A per contact and 50V, this is a signal-level interconnect — fine for low-power digital or control signals, but not for power delivery.
Flip-lock actuator and vertical termination
The flip-lock actuator (brown polyamide 9T, glass-filled) secures the FFC after insertion. The contacts are tin bismuth on copper alloy, and the housing is white LCP, glass-filled, rated UL94 V-0. Termination is solder to the board pads — no crimping or press-fit. The vertical contact arrangement is 1-sided, meaning the FFC's conductive pads face one direction.
