Housing Only — Order Terminals Separately
The Molex 5024390200 is a 2-position plug housing from the CLIK-Mate 502439 series, built for wire-to-board or wire-to-wire harnesses where a positive latch lock keeps the pair mated under vibration. The 2.00mm pitch keeps the board footprint compact — useful when you're routing multiple circuits in a tight PDU or sensor harness. This is the housing only; the crimp terminals are ordered separately (contacts not included).
Mating Half and Termination
Mates with the matching CLIK-Mate 502439 series receptacle header (male pin header, through-hole or SMT, same 2.00mm pitch). The latch lock on the plug side snaps over the header latch feature — you'll hear it seat. Termination is crimp-style: strip the wire, crimp the correct Molex CLIK-Mate terminal (sold separately), insert into the rear of the housing until the terminal lance locks. The single-row layout keeps insertion simple — no position mix-ups.
