8-position 0.50 mm pitch ZIF for flex circuits
The Molex 5034800800 is an 8-position, 0.50 mm pitch FFC/FPC connector from the Easy-On 503480 FHB1 series, designed for right-angle surface-mount termination. Contacts are phosphor bronze with 3.94 µin (0.10 µm) gold plating on both top and bottom mating surfaces, rated for 10 mating cycles. The housing is white LCP, glass-filled, rated UL94 V-0 and UL94 HB; the actuator is black glass-filled nylon.
Mates with any 0.50 mm pitch FFC or FPC cable up to 0.30 mm thick, straight or tapered end. The flip-lock actuator opens fully for cable insertion, then closes to clamp the flex against the dual-sided contacts.
