This housing ships empty — the crimp terminals are ordered separately. The female socket contacts for the Pico-Lock series are the mating half on the wire side.
Mating Header and Harness Fit
The 5037640301 receptacle mates with the Pico-Lock 503764 series vertical or right-angle headers — look for the 503764-xxxx header with the same 1.00 mm pitch and 3 circuits. Crimp the female socket terminals onto 28-32 AWG wire (per the Pico-Lock terminal specification), insert into the housing until the terminal latch clicks, and the assembly is ready to mate.
Temperature Range and Environment
The friction lock adds vibration resistance beyond a simple friction-fit housing, but this is not a sealed connector — no IP rating is listed, so keep it out of washdown zones or direct moisture exposure.
