The 3.30 mm pitch gives more room per circuit than the common 2.50 mm or 3.00 mm families, which helps with wire routing in tight harnesses and reduces the risk of flashover in higher-voltage applications.
The crimp termination means you terminate the wire first, then insert the contact into the housing; the latch holder locks it in place. For a 2-circuit harness, that is a straightforward bench operation, but forgetting the contacts on the BOM is a common delay.
