Bottom-contact ZIF — what it means for the FPC layup
The 505110-4696: ZIF actuation: the actuator opens to accept the FPC, then closes to clamp the contacts — no insertion force on the flex circuit. Bottom contact means the FPC pads must face the housing floor (away from the actuator) for the contacts to mate.
