0.35mm Pitch Mezzanine Receptacle — 40 Positions, 0.8mm Stack Height
The 0.014" (0.35mm) pitch packs 40 circuits into a dual-row layout, and the 0.8mm mated stack height sets the spacing between parallel PCBs — common in handheld or compact module assemblies where every tenth of a millimeter counts.
At 0.35mm pitch, the routing density on the PCB is high — trace widths and spaces will be in the 0.15mm to 0.18mm range for a single microstrip between pads. The 40 positions in two rows mean the footprint is roughly 7mm long by 3mm wide, depending on the keep-out for the pick-and-place pad. The 0.8mm stack height forces a thin PCB stack-up or a cavity in the top board if components sit on the underside. The mating half is the corresponding SlimStack Armor 505270 plug header — same pitch, same 40 positions, same 0.8mm stack height. No other series mates with this footprint; the 0.35mm pitch and center-strip contact arrangement are proprietary to the SlimStack Armor family.
