DVI-I Dual Link Receptacle for PCB Mount
The Molex MicroCross 743201004 is a 29-contact DVI-I Dual Link receptacle designed for right-angle through-hole PCB mounting. It carries the full complement of digital and analog video pins defined by the DVI-I standard — 24 digital pins for the dual-link TMDS channels plus the 5 analog pins (RGB, HSync, VSync) and the C1–C5 flat-panel detect pins, all in a single connector body. The steel shell provides continuous shielding around the contact array, and the white insulation colour is the standard visual identifier for a DVI-I (integrated analog + digital) port as opposed to the grey DVI-D (digital-only) housing. Rated 3A per contact at 40VAC, the current capacity is sized for the signal-level draw of a video interface — the limiting factor is the contact density in the 29-position layout, not the contact beam itself. The gold-plated contacts support the 100 mating cycles typical for a rear-panel I/O port that sees occasional monitor swaps or field-service reconnects.
This receptacle mounts through the PCB with solder tails and secures to the panel via a horizontal flange with threaded inserts for the standard DVI jackscrew fasteners.
