Product details

75 Ohm MMCX Jack for Right-Angle PCB Mount

The Samtec TRUE75™ MMCX7-J-P-GF-RA-TH1 is a 75 Ohm MMCX jack (female socket) for right-angle through-hole PCB mounting. It is part of the TRUE75™ MMCX7 series.

75 Ohm Impedance — Not a Standard 50 Ohm MMCX

This connector is rated for 75 Ohms, not the 50 Ohms common to most MMCX connectors. It will not mate correctly with a standard 50 Ohm MMCX cable assembly — the impedance mismatch will cause signal reflections and degrade performance at higher frequencies. The mating plug must also be a 75 Ohm MMCX type, such as the Samtec TRUE75™ MMCX7-P-C-GF-RA-CA3 (crimp plug for RG-179 cable). Always confirm the system impedance is 75 Ohm before specifying this jack.

Temperature Range and Deployment Environment

The gold body finish and gold center contact plating resist oxidation in humid or corrosive environments, and the PTFE dielectric maintains stable electrical properties across the full temperature range.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I buy MMCX7-J-P-GF-RA-TH1 in stock?

Sourcing buyers need immediate availability to avoid project delays.

What is the impedance of MMCX7-J-P-GF-RA-TH1?

Design engineers must match impedance to prevent signal reflection in RF circuits.

Is MMCX7-J-P-GF-RA-TH1 compatible with standard 50 ohm MMCX cables?

Mismatched impedance can degrade performance; buyers often need cross-compatibility confirmation.

What is the datasheet for MMCX7-J-P-GF-RA-TH1?

Engineers require full mechanical and electrical specs to validate fit and performance.

Does MMCX7-J-P-GF-RA-TH1 have a lead free / RoHS finish?

Compliance restrictions in many regions make RoHS status a must-answer for purchasing.

What is the difference between MMCX7-J-P-GF-RA-TH1 and MMCX7-J-P-HF-RA-TH1?

Buyers comparing parts need to know finish or feature differences to choose correctly.
