75 Ohm MMCX Jack for Video and Broadband RF
The Samtec TRUE75™ MMCX7-J-P-HF-ST-TH1 is a 75 Ohm MMCX jack (female socket) from the TRUE75 MMCX7 series, designed for RF signal paths where 75 Ohm characteristic impedance is required — primarily video distribution, broadcast, broadband, and test equipment. The snap-on fastening provides quick connect/disconnect while maintaining consistent mating force, and the through-hole solder termination anchors both the centre pin and shield to the PCB for reliable grounding. Rated to 6 GHz maximum frequency, this jack covers the full bandwidth of standard-definition and high-definition video signals, DOCSIS cable modem upstream/downstream, and many satellite IF distribution paths. The 170 V voltage rating gives headroom for bias-T applications where DC power is injected onto the coax centre conductor.
