3-Position Vertical Header at 3.96mm Pitch
The 1-1123723-3: The vertical through-hole orientation puts the pins straight up from the board — useful when the mating cable assembly plugs in from above and you need a clean board-edge footprint without a right-angle bend. The single-wall shroud gives some pin protection but leaves the sides open for the friction lock to engage with the mating housing.
Friction Lock That You Should Hear Click
The fastening is a friction lock — a small ramp on the header catches the latch on the mating receptacle housing. It's not a secondary TPA or latch holder, so in a high-vibration environment you'll want to verify the lock is engaged, but for general-purpose and lighting duty it holds the pair mated without rattling loose. Tin is fine here — the application is industrial and lighting, not high-cycle field service.
