Current and voltage ratings for the load
Rated 7.5A per contact at 250VAC, the header supports typical power and signal circuits in lighting ballasts, small appliances, and control panels. The tin-plated mating surface and brass contacts keep contact resistance stable through the rated 7.5A at 25°C ambient; derate above that temperature per the series curve.
Mates with Economy Power series crimp-socket housings (same 3.96mm pitch, single-row, friction-lock compatible). The friction lock engages with a ramp on the mating housing — no secondary latch needed, but the lock is not rated for high-vibration environments like automotive underhood.
