Wire-entry orientation and clamping
The 1-1546122-0 is the 10-position member of the Buchanan plug family, a free-hanging (in-line) female socket plug with 90° wire entry and retention latches on the wire side.
Current and thermal rating at the terminal
Each circuit is rated 15 A at 300 V (UL) with tin-plated phosphor bronze contacts — the tin finish is suited for moderate mating-cycle duty in controlled environments. The housing is rated UL94 V-0 polyamide 6/6 with an operating range of -40°C to 110°C; derate the per-circuit current when the ambient approaches the upper end of that range.
