What this housing is built for
It is a two-row, panel-mount housing with a slide-on fastening system and a black, glass-filled PBT body. The housing is sealed and carries a mounting flange for secure panel attachment. It is designed for wire-to-wire or wire-to-panel interconnect in environments that demand sealing against moisture and debris — typical applications include underhood automotive harnesses, off-highway equipment, and industrial control cabinets where the -40°C to 140°C operating range covers both cold-start and engine-bay heat soak.
The housing accepts tab-type contacts terminated by crimp. The slide-on fastening mates with a corresponding receptacle housing. For a 10-circuit harness, order 10 terminals and the mating receptacle housing.
