7.92 mm Pitch and Shrouded Housing for Industrial Power Routing
The 1-1747052-5: The 7.92 mm pitch on this single-row, 2-position header gives the PCB layout engineer room to run wider traces between pads without necking down — a practical advantage when routing the 300 VAC rating through the board.
Press-Fit and Solder Termination for Assembly Flexibility
The press-fit option allows solderless backplane assembly — the compliant pin compresses into the plated through-hole, eliminating the reflow step and enabling rework without desoldering. For conventional wave-solder lines, the same header accepts through-hole solder termination; the copper alloy contact body with tin-plated posts wets reliably in the solder wave.
This header mates with the Grace Inertia GIC series receptacle housing (TE base number 1747052 family). The 2-position, single-row layout accepts the matching crimp terminal and wire seal for a board-to-cable/wire interconnect.
