12-position power header in the Dynamic D-3500 series
The 1-177555-2 is the 12-circuit member of TE's Dynamic D-3500 header line, a shrouded 4-wall board-to-board or cable interconnect. Rated 600 V with gold-plated mating contacts, through-hole right-angle mounting, and a detent lock for vibration resistance.
Pitch, footprint, and environmental limits
0.200" (5.08 mm) pitch and row spacing — the footprint matches other D-3500 headers at the same pitch, so the board layout is shared across the series. UL94 V-0 glass-filled polyester housing, operating -55°C to 105°C. Board locks on the through-hole posts hold the part during reflow and resist shear from cable strain.
