What This Dynamic D-1200 Plug Housing Is
The contacts sit on a 0.098" (2.50mm) pitch with a 0.130" (3.30mm) row spacing — that's a 2-row grid. The 2.50mm pitch gives enough room for 20-22 AWG wire without crowding the cavity walls, and the row spacing means the plug body is about 7.6mm wide at the mating face. If you're laying out a panel cutout or a wire harness bundle, that width plus the snap-in ears sets the clearance you need.
Panel Mounting and Harness Assembly
This is a panel mount, snap-in plug — you push it into a rectangular cutout until the latches click. No screws, no brackets. The crimp terminals are inserted from the rear after the wires are stripped and crimped. The glass-filled polyester housing holds up to the insertion force and won't creep under the panel clamp load at the rated temperature range.
