The 1-1986484-0: This is a 10-position plug with female sockets from TE's 1986484 series, pitched at 0.200" (5.08mm) — the standard spacing for a 300 V, 16 A terminal block in industrial control cabinets and junction boxes. The screw pressure clip termination accepts 14-24 AWG (0.2-2 mm²) wire with a 10 mm strip length, and the specified torque is 0.79 Nm (7.0 Lb-In) — torque it to spec, then scan it; a loose joint runs hot. Rated 16 A per circuit at 300 V, the plug is intended for power distribution within an enclosure where the housing material (PA66, UL94 V-0) meets the flame rating requirement.
Screw termination with retention latches
