10-position 3.50mm plug with push-in spring clamp
The 1-1986693-0: This is a 10-position, single-level plug with female sockets on a 3.50mm pitch, terminated by a screwless push-in spring clamp. The free-hanging (in-line) body accepts 14-30 AWG or 0.05-2mm² wire, and the 180° wire entry keeps the cable axis aligned with the plug axis — no right-angle bend at the termination point. Rated 9 A at 300 V UL, with a temperature range of -40°C to 110°C and a UL94 V-0 polyamide housing. The tin-plated copper alloy contacts are suited for moderate-cycle applications where gold's higher mating-cycle endurance isn't needed.
Side stacking and green housing
The side stacking feature lets multiple plugs interlock side-by-side on the same DIN rail or panel opening, creating a multi-position terminal block assembly without extra hardware. The green housing colour is standard for TE's terminal block family and aids visual identification in a panel.
