Rated 16 A per contact at 300 V under UL conditions, the 1-2351885-6 carries enough margin for most terminal block interconnects in equipment up to 300 V. UL94 V-0 flame-rated polyamide housing meets the fire safety requirement for equipment inside enclosures. The green color is standard for the TB Buchanan series, aiding visual identification during panel wiring.
Mates with Buchanan-style pluggable terminal block receptacles that accept 5.00 mm pitch crimp terminals. The insulation height of 0.472" (12.00 mm) and contact tail length of 0.177" (4.50 mm) define the z-height budget above the PCB. Through-hole solder termination requires plated holes sized for the pin cross-section; the 16 positions on a single level occupy a board edge length of roughly 3.15" (80 mm) from center of first to center of last pin.
