6-Position PCB Terminal Block with Push-Button Wire Termination
The 1-2834018-6: It terminates 14-20 AWG wire using a screwless push-button clamp — no tool needed for insertion or release. The housing is green polyamide (PA66), with tin-plated copper alloy contacts and stainless steel clamp hardware. Wire entry is horizontal with the board, making it a side-entry block suited for panel wiring where the wire runs parallel to the PCB.
Screwless Clamp and Wire Range
The push-button clamp accepts solid or stranded wire from 14 AWG to 20 AWG. The stainless steel clamp applies even pressure across the conductor without the cold flow you get with a screw terminal. For field service, releasing a wire is as fast as pressing the button again — no screwdriver needed, no risk of over-torque.
Through-hole solder pins hold the block to the board. The single-level design keeps all six terminations on one row, simplifying routing.
