The 1-332070-4: This TE pin socket is designed for a pin diameter range of 0.037" to 0.040" (0.94mm to 1.02mm) — the tolerance window covers standard 0.040" round pins with a bit of clearance for easier insertion. Overall length is 0.143" (3.63mm), with a socket depth of 0.130" (3.30mm) — that tells you how far the pin can seat before bottoming out.
Where it fits on the board
The flange diameter is 0.089" (2.26mm) and the mounting hole diameter is 0.072" (1.83mm) — check your PCB drill size against that. It is a no-tail, open-bottom design, terminated by soldering directly into the plated through-hole. The open bottom allows the pin to pass through the socket body if needed.
