Ring terminal for 10-12 AWG, #8 stud
The 1-36270-1 is the 10-12 AWG member of TE's Solistrand ring terminal line, accepting a #8 stud with a 0.039" (0.99mm) thick barrel. The nickel-plated copper contact uses a brazed seam and serrated termination for crimp-on connection; the flag-style crimp allows right-angle free-hanging mounting.

Within the Solistrand series the 1-36270-1's 0.039" (0.99mm) thickness and 10-12 AWG wire range sit above the 0.031" (0.79mm) thickness and 14-16 AWG range of the 1377172-7 (same #8 stud) and the 18-22 AWG range of the 133521-1 (also #8 stud, gold-plated).
