The 1-52042-0 is a TE Connectivity Plasti-Grip ring terminal for 6 AWG wire, terminated to a #10 stud with a crimp connection. The tin-plated copper contact and PVC insulation suit power-distribution and battery-cable terminations where a secure, insulated ring lug is required.

Serrated barrel and insulation grip

The serrated inner barrel bites into the stripped conductor during crimp to improve pull-out resistance and electrical contact. The PVC insulation sleeve covers the crimp barrel and a portion of the wire jacket; the insulation diameter acceptance is 0.436" (11.07 mm).
