The 75 Ohm impedance is critical — this is not a standard 50 Ohm BNC. Using it in a 50 Ohm system will introduce a mismatch and degrade return loss. The 2 GHz bandwidth and 0.15 dB insertion loss are solid for composite video, SDI, and RF distribution up to that frequency. The 500 V rating is the dielectric withstand between centre conductor and shield, not a continuous operating voltage — typical signal levels stay well below that.
